How To Outshine Competitors In A Saturated Market

Ever been in a room where one good-looking guy gets all the attention while everyone gets none? Zero, whatsoever.

The same thing happens in business. Some companies get all the leads, all the deals, and all the money and everyone else fights over scraps.

Why?

Because they’ve positioned themselves to be irresistible.

Right now, if you’re struggling to get consistent clients, it’s because you’re just another option in a crowded market.

Here’s how to fix that right now:

Stop Selling A Service

Most businesses don’t have an actual offer, they have a service description. They are NOT the same.

A service is weak. It’s just "We do X."

An offer is strong. It’s "We guarantee Y or you don’t pay."

A strong offer forces attention and makes the decision easy. It shifts the conversation from "Why should I choose you?" to "How do I sign up?"

1. Solve the biggest pain point in your market.

Not just "We do [service]" → Instead "We guarantee [dream outcome] or [risk reversal like a guarantee]."

2. Make it measurable.

"We [real quantifiable results]" hits harder than "We [abstract and non-quantifiable results]."

3. Remove risk for the buyer.

Guarantees, pay-for-results, trial periods. The whole point is to take away hesitation.

Now, onto the easiest part:

Tribes

In the old days, you had to belong to a tribe. If you weren’t in a tribe, you didn’t survive.

And how did people determine the strength of a tribe?

  • Size—the bigger the tribe, the safer you were.

  • Success stories—if your tribe consistently won battles or hunts, others wanted to join.

  • Social proof—if a leader had followers who trusted them, they attracted even more people.

The same rules apply to business today.

If people see a big group of happy customers backing your business, they assume you’re strong, safe, and the right choice.

If they don’t see any proof then you’re a risk not worth taking.

Make your tribe visible. Showcase how many people trust you. If you have 100+ five-star reviews, use that in your marketing.

Show real wins. Case studies are modern-day “war stories.” People follow leaders who show results.

Let others speak for you. A customer testimonial is 10x more powerful than anything you say about yourself.

Use numbers to build credibility. "We’ve completed over 1,000 projects in [your city]" is more powerful than "We do great work."

Next part is probably the MOST important part because…

…If Nobody Sees It, Nobody Cares

Most businesses post once, maybe twice, and then give up. That’s why they fail. Repetition builds trust. People need at least seven exposures before they take action.

Post your offer daily on social media. If they don’t see it, they can’t buy it.

Send email newsletters four to five times per week, not once a month. If they don’t open one, they’ll open the next.

Run retargeting ads so they see you everywhere online.

Follow up like a machine. Most sales happen after the seventh touchpoint.

That’s literally all that’s holding you back. If you’re struggling to break past £30k / mo this is the small 20% that will result in 80% of your growth.

Create an irresistible offer.

Prove you’re the best with real proof.

Show up so much they have no choice but to buy.

And if you want to find out how companies like FedEx, Domino’s, and many more used this to scale from small companies to the massive corporations they are now…

…you should read our report. We did a whole bunch of research on how this works, how they did and and put it all in a short document for you to read.
